How long does it take to process my order?

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During holidays or major sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

How will I know my order was received?

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout, followed by updates as your order is prepared and shipped.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We can modify or cancel an order within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in production or transit.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders unless stated otherwise.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time varies by product and supplier:

  • In-stock items: 1-3 business days
  • Large furniture pieces: 2-5 business days
  • Custom or made-to-order items: 2–4 weeks

Each product page lists its specific shipping timeframe.

Do you deliver to apartments?

Yes! We deliver to houses, townhomes, condos, gated communities, and apartment buildings.

Will the delivery team bring the item inside?

Standard shipping is doorstep delivery.

At this time, we ship within the United States only.

Our products are sourced from trusted U.S. manufacturers, with a focus on quality materials, modern design, and long-lasting durability.

What materials are your products made from?

Materials vary by item (solid wood, engineered wood, upholstery fabrics, performance materials, etc.).

Are the colors the same in person?

We work hard to ensure product photos are accurate, but lighting, screen brightness, and device settings may cause slight color variation.

Do items require assembly?

Some products arrive fully assembled, while others require minimal assembly.

If assembly is required, instructions and hardware are included in the box.

We offer 30-day returns on most items.

Items must be:

  • In original packaging
  • In resalable condition

Certain products (custom items, clearance, or oversized freight) may be final sale.
